The club meeting was held on February 10, 2004. 

Feb 2004 Meeting pictures   Elections and a great presentation by Bill Carter, KG4FXG, on NTS, the origin, awards,  learning the ropes and memorabilia.  Carl, WB9JSW, read the draft scholarship proposal which was tabled until the membership had a chance to study the plan.  Rich Armstrong, WM9X,  is moving to Salt Lake City, and will not be able to continue with the newsletter.  Rich explained some of the fun of working on the Newsletter.
